How Our Trustworthy Standing Pouch (STP) Is Produced

1. Polypropylene Resin:
   The process begins with polypropylene resin, which is a type of thermoplastic polymer. This resin we used are in the form of pellets.

2. Extrusion:

   The polypropylene resin is melted and then extruded through a die to form a thin, continuous film. This process is known as film extrusion. The thickness of the film can be controlled during the extrusion process.
3. Cooling and Solidification:
   The extruded film is then cooled to solidify it. This can be done using a series of rollers or other cooling methods.

4. Pouch Converting:

   The film is then converted into pouches through a process known as pouch converting. During this stage, the film is cut and sealed to form individual pouches. Our sealing is done using an ultrasonic press.

5. Quality Control:

   Throughout the manufacturing process, strict quality control measures are implemented to ensure that the pouches meet our desired specifications.

6. Final Inspection and Packaging:

   The finished pouches undergo a final inspection to check for any defects or imperfections. The pouches are then packaged and prepared for distribution.
