The Polypropylene Sheet (Kantong PP) is made through our extrusion process.<\/p>\n<h5>Material Preparation<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Polypropylene Resin<\/strong>: The process begins with polypropylene resin pellets, which can be of various grades and formulations depending on the desired characteristics of the sheet.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Drying<\/strong>: The resin pellets are dried to remove any moisture, as moisture can affect the quality of the extruded sheet.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>Extruder<\/h5>\n<p>The resin pellets are fed into an extruder, which is a machine with a screw mechanism. Inside the extruder, the pellets are heated and melted to form a viscous molten polymer.<\/p>\n<h5>Die Design:<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Die Shape:<\/strong> The die is a critical component of the extrusion process. It is designed to shape the molten polymer into the desired sheet thickness and width.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Die Temperature:<\/strong> The die is heated to maintain the polymer at the right temperature for extrusion.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>Extrusion Process:<\/h5>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Melt Conveyance:<\/strong> The molten polymer is forced through the die by the rotating screw in the extruder. The pressure and temperature are carefully controlled to maintain a consistent melt flow.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Cooling:<\/strong> As the polymer exits the die, we use a water cooling process to solidify the sheet.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5>Sizing and Calibration<\/h5>\n<p>The sheet then passes through our sizing and calibration equipment to ensure the correct thickness and width.<\/p>\n<h5>Winding and Cutting<\/h5>\n<p>1. The sheet may also be embossed or trimmed for specific applications as requested by our clients<\/p>\n<p>2.
